Our Desert Sands Salad Servers are constructed of horn from the Indian Water Buffalo. The Indian Water Buffalo is not an endangered species, the horn is a by-product of the food industry. Natural colours will differ per item. Hand wash only and must be dried thoroughly. They are safe for food contact but not dishwasher safe.
