Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied we will accept returns.
We will provide you with a store credit or an exchange provided the items are in original condition with price tags still attached. Goods will need to be returned within 7 days of delivery or purchase. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exhchange if it is not within the 7 days.
-Clothing and footwear must be in original condition and packaging (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and odor free.)

No refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
How do I return?
Either pop in store or send us an email to info@petamhomewaregifts.com
To return you will need to print out your order confirmation email as there is information on this which is needed as proof of purchase.
We will not refund any shipping costs relating to the original delivery or return of non-faulty product. We recommend you use a tracked shipping service as we are not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned.
